Bioactive compounds are the group of secondary metabolites plants that have a potent impact on antimicrobial and antibiofilm agents. Although Curcuma longa (turmeric) is well known for its activity, question arises if curcumin, primary bioactive compound only responsible it or synergistic simultaneous contribution more than one this efficacy. The research work aims to determine efficacy extract has higher potential activity purchased curcumin standard antibiotic.
